Twas the Night before...

Oh! Scratch that. It's not Christmas yet. 

It is the day before Thanksgiving though and I am busy cooking. After switching locations at least 3 times my father has declared he is up to the trip to my house this year !

I hope you are all thankful for whatever may come your way and that you find a way to enjoy the holiday with friends and family. We will watch the parade, read the paper and all sit around chatting and eating as we watch football too. Let the cooking commence! Here's our menu:

The potatoes, rolls and bird will be done tomorrow but so far most of the above is prepped and seasoning as we speak!
