Oh, and by the way...

And with the market the way it is I've been perusing to see what's out there...Following my mentor's advice I put my resume "out there" to see what would come my way. Not that I want to leave my company, I just want to be ready for a new role in the fall. And I'll be damned...I got a recruitment e-mail TODAY for the same company I work for a couple promo levels up. The irony is amazing isn't it. lol

    Ha Ha, No Jess, I don't. I just think it's odd that it's so hard to advance unless you do leave and come back under differnt circmstances. I don't want to leave my company though. I want to stay but advance with my education and experience. It's hard. But that's my choice. :)
