We spent a leisurely weekend not doing much at all. We sorted through clothes to see what we needed in terms of school shopping, Jasper was picked up and moved on to a new foster home, we spent time at the playground, went to church and spent hours upon hours in various pools and hot tubs. We wrapped it all up with dinner out on the town.
I noticed the first hints of fall in the air on Sunday. It surprised me and while was very pleasant was not at all welcome. I'm enjoying every hot summer day and don't really care to see it end. In a month the school year begins anew and we go back to a life of homework, sports and shuffling around. It's all good but I love a Lazy Summer Day!
