A Touch of Magic...

It's snowing here today. Snow is magic. It cleans the air and makes evrything, no matter how ugle or dirty appear beutiful and clean. It lifts the spirit and helps people reconenct and provides hours of entertainment for all whether that be in fron tof a fire with a hot toddy and a loved one or hours spent climbing and zooming down hills. I love the snow and hope we get to see a lot of it this year. What do you like to do when you are fortunate enough to get a snow day?

I like to wake up and have a nice hot breakfast and coffe with the kids, read the paper and all bundle up to go sledding. Once we are all tired, cold and wet we come home for a good lunch, a warm bath and naps. There are always variations on this including things like walking the dogs, visiting with friends at a neighborhood restaurant and more...but never a trip to the grocery store. Say a mini prayer for me and...
